    We are currently testing the plugin on WPMU. We will be releasing a new compatible version of the plugin as soon as possible.

    From my perspective, it works on WordPress MU for creating new user accounts. However, your users will not be able to create new blogs when using this plugin to log in. They will only be able to create new user accounts.
