I just changed my compression quality and tried to reoptimize everything (as recommended)
I have two seemingly identical websites, one worked without an itch, the other abruptly stopped working (after 5 images) and is now spinning endlessly, reloading the page didn’t help…

    Any idea ? Thanks !

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Maybe it is important to give this detail : I got from quality index 85 to 92, but as it worked on my other site and can’t think this is the (only ?) problem.

    Hi ChriKn,

Good to know that your issue was solved. Sometimes, it may take a pretty long time, especially when you have a large bunch of pictures to optimize !

Thanks for your support, do not hesitate to rate the plugin if you liked it ??

    Cheers,
    Charles

can we navigate away from the console when it is optimizing?

I’ve been stuck at 7% for an hour or so.

I’m assuming it’s still running in the background, but I’m not sure if it’s safe to navigate away from the resmush.it dashboard

    Hi Chocobo15,

No, currently you cannot, but we’re working on a new solution based on crontabs.
However, you can run it in several times. When you’ll be back on the page, it will resume the optimization (it will indicate 0% but on a lower number of pictures).

    Cheers,
    Charles
