    HI,

It seems something is automatically deactivating the plugin. Whenever I update the plugin I noticed that it has been deactivated. I update the plugin and the next time I login it once again is deactivated! I am the only one logging into the WordPress dashboard so it’s not someone else physically deactivating it!

    I need this fixed please.

    Many thanks,

    Hello, @paka7287

Could you please let me know which versions of the plugin was before the update?

Did you update the plugin manually or it updated automatically?

    Thank you.

    Hi, thanks for the reply!

I have version 5.141.3 currently installed. I do the updates manually when notified in the WordPress Plugin dashboard.

As I check it today, it appears to still be activated.

    Hello,

Could you try to deactivate the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option enabled delete it, then install it again?

    1. Enter to the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)

    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.

    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.

    4. Then delete it.

    5. Install the latest version.

    Did it help?

    Greetings,

It’s been two days since I did the update to 5.141.3 and when I just logged into the WP dashboard the plugin is still active… My thought is that I’ll leave this be for now and see if it fixed itself with the update. If it occurs again then I’ll try the steps suggested… Is that ok?

    Many thanks!
