[Plugin: Get Custom Field Values] Home page…

Hi,
Is there possibility to set the plugin show custom data on home page (root) and in same time custom data if no or custom field is empty? You know that home page it is root link ie no concrete page. So if I set ID to 0 (“only work on the permalink page for a page/post”) the plugin does not show anything on root (or homepage).
