[Plugin: Geo Redirect] How can I set Redirect for all countries except my country?

Hello, Ikawyzo!
Try to do next:

• For ?default redirect? select ?Language Code? among ?Redirect options?, enter ?Option Value? = ?en? and optionally mark ?Use pretty permalink?. This will redirect all of your visitors to abc.com/?lang=en or abc.com/en/
• Then select Germany among the countries selectbox and add it to the redirect options list. For this country select ?Domain Name? among ?Redirect options? and enter the value ?https://abc.com? (just remove substring ?de.?)
  This setting will affect only on visitors from Germany and will not execute any redirect, because of the equal domain. Also german visitors will have the possibility to visit abc.com/en/ page.

How can I set Redirect for all countries except my country?
Ex:
– My country is Germany
– My website is: https://abc.com/de
Now, I only want traffic from Germany can visit https://abc.com/de, and all other countries will be redirect to https://abc.com/
I see have more 200 countries, I can’t add all it to set redirect option ??

This plugin can’t working (In fact working 50%) when I use Wp-Super-Cache. How can fix it?
