[Plugin: Genesis Simple Headers] Appearance > Header not appearing

    Have you managed a fix for eleven40 – have just started to learn my way around WP/Genesis and going in circles trying to change header on my first site.

    I can upload the image I want to use but can’t get rid of the Text when in the Header edit area and no matter what goes in in there I don’t see the new image on the website.

    I created a new thread for my issue three weeks ago – but I’m using the Lifestyle child theme and the header has disappeared, as has the Appearance -> Header option.

    Please help as my clients aren’t super happy!

    Made a little bit of progress today (first time I’ve had some time to have a play) – can now see my Logo (though its partially obscured by an orange box!!!) and add ‘how do you get a Favicon to work’ into the mix.

    I’ve put in a help request to StudioPress.

    According to the StudioPress support team it looks like the Header is not so simple with the Eleven40 Theme and I’ll need to get some Pro help.

    Favicon sorted – the StudioPress guys pointed me at Genesis Favicon Uploader by Christopher Cochrane (worked first time).
