Yeah, I’m a slacker. I haven’t added that one in yet. I’ll do an update for the plugin this week to add Generate.

Cool–I’m not “missing” something then. Thought I was going CRAZY.

Hey Bill, updated the plugin and it now supports the Generate theme.

Awesome! I will try it out tonight ?? Thank you for the update to the plugin as well as updating this thread.

    You’re the bomb!

    Hi,

I am having the EXACT same issue, and I am using the theme Rebirth 1.5 by Justin Scheetz – can you help?

    Thank you!

GnosticGirl, I don’t have access to the child themes that are not part of the Genesis Pro Pack. Because of that, I don’t have the ability to test them out, so they aren’t supported by this plugin.

    Sorry about that.

I’m using Genesis Agency Theme and don’t see your plugin when I go to Appearance > Header Am I missing something?

    Plugin Author John Hawkins

    (@vegasgeek)

John, did you change the name of the theme by any chance? Also, what version of WP and Genesis are you using currently?

    John

    (@jbculpepper)

No change to theme name, WordPress 3.4 Genesis 1.8.2

Not sure what I should be seeing. The header interface looks the same as before, image upload option, remove option, reset option, text. That’s it.

    (@vegasgeek)

    Ah ha!

Some of the Genesis plugins don’t have the option for adding a header using the Appearance -> Header tool. That’s all this plugin does. Nothing else. So, if you are seeing Appearance -> Header, then things are working fine.

    (@jbculpepper)

Rats. Well, Agency is an odd theme in that it has all the bells and whistles for a genesis commercial theme but the default is a text section in the header. I got an image logo to work and using CSS got it where I want it but am having a heck of a time styling the background (as it pulls from the whole page background). I was grasping at straws hoping your plugin would give me control over that.

    Thanks for the time.

I am using eleven40 and have the same problem – not appearance->header Option

I have not changed the name of the theme.

@bubsngrubs, eleven40 is proving to be an interesting one because of the way I’ve written the plugin. It’s a responsive theme and that is throwing a wrench in to things.

I’m trying to sort out how best to handle the responsive nature of the theme inside the plugin. I’ll see about getting a release out this week.
