Plugin generates conflict 503

  • Hello,

    I am testing your plugin. After some tmepod and use, it started to show incompatibility, and every time I activate it, my website simply presents error 503 that says:

    “503
    Unavailable service
    The server is temporarily busy, please try again later! ”

    And that happened out of nowhere and only for connected users which is very strange.

    I found a temporary solution:

    I disabled an item in the menu with the mega menu and the site returned to normal. Doubt, is there a mega menu limit for the site to support?

    Sorry to hear you’re having problems. We do not impose any limits ourselves and this is not something we’ve come across before.

    There should be an error logged somewhere. Please could you explain the issue to your host (say it is sometimes showing a 503 error) and ask them to give you the related error message? That should give a clearer picture of what is happening behind the scenes.
