[Plugin: Generate Box] gravity forms with generate box

hello,
i have been trying to use a Gravity Form with the Generate Box plug-in, but I’m not seeing a way for that to happen. Am I missing something?
My need is to have the Generate Box initiate a multi-page form process that sends my data to MailChimp.
I don’t know how to create a multi-page form directly in MailChimp, but was able to do so in Gravity easily, but I can’t get to use it with the Generate Box.
any ideas?
