[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Stars don't show up on the front page

Hello, I was letting you know that the stars are not showing up on the front page due to a plugin I use called advanced excerpt. I have chosen on advanced excerpt to allow all tags to be shown on the post on the front page, however GD Star doesn’t go over with everything else, any ideas?
