• I installed User Registration Aide on my site and when I tried to activate it, I was greeted with the following error message

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on null in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas12_data01/90/3730890/html/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 357

I’ve tried renaming the plugin folder via FTP and that didn’t work. Im completely unable to access my site, thoughtmarket.org. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me with this ASAP.

You can delete the folder if renaming it doesn’t work, but that should work. Why couldn;t you rename it?

And if not do you have access to the database? It creates pages and that may be creating your error so you may want to try and delete those too.

Or if you can give me access to your hosting account I could probably have it back up within 10 minutes for you.

One more question, how old is your site? And is your front page set? I can access the login page @ https://thoughtmarket.org/wp-login.php, that does not throw any errors. Maybe you can login and get to the admin page?

And your site is going to https instead of http like you have in one of your links. Maybe dns or the site address is wrong? I am signing out soon for the night but will be on most of tomorrow so if you get this you can contact me with login information for your host account @ [email protected] and I can look at all the pertinent stuff and see what is really going on here. There are several possibilities but I cannot know for certain without looking at the backend but as I said earlier I can do it in a matter of 10 minutes unless it is dns or a dns configuration error, then I do not know. And make sure you tick notify me of follow-up replies via email right above the submit button so you can follow this ticket.

Hi hope you had a Merry Christmas!

I emailed you with my login info a few days ago. Idk if you saw my email so I’m contacting you on the forum to check if you got my message. Let me know if you need anything.

Okay, I had you email in the recycle bin. Sorry. Looking at it now.

Okay, you are back online again. You did not rename the file, at least not in the correct folder. I would imagine with all the other plugins available you would not need mine anyways, but thank you for trying it. There must be a conflict with the theme or another plugin.

    Hi Brian,

Thank you very much for fixing the issue! I am very grateful that I finally have my site back. The whole reason I was trying your plugin was to fix an error on my registration page. For some reason, when someone tries to register on a laptop/desktop the text fields are too small for the inputs. You can’t see what you’re typing into the box. Its basically the last error I need to solve before launch. Do you know how to edit the css so the boxes are the right size? Ive asked tried asking on the forums but no ones answered me yet. I’d really appreciate your help.

    Thanks again!

I would consult the Theme maker or whatever plugin is being used. Theme My Login also controls the registration form and you have custom forms. That is out of the scope of my plugin. I would say whatever form is being used they have the css wrong for mobile so you should contact them.

    Hi

    I have the same problem.
I installed URA and I am locked out of my site

This is the error I am getting

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_new_user_notification() (previously declared in /home/hostimme/public_html/paradisocouture.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/user-registration-aide/e-mails.php:21) in /home/hostimme/public_html/paradisocouture.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 959

I do not see the URA plug in in my plug in’s directory (unless it is called something else)

    Can you please HELP ME

    Thanks

    Amir
