[Plugin: Gallery] gallery not appearing

    To be honest, I’m not sure what version of WordPress I’m using. I am trying to put in a gallery but it doesnt seem to be working. On the backside, all the pictures appear but when I try to preview the page, the following messages appear-

    Warning: include(/home/keager5/public_html/wp-content/themes/zeebusiness/gallery-single-template.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/keager5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gallery-plugin/gallery-plugin.php on line 311

    Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘/home/keager5/public_html/wp-content/themes/zeebusiness/gallery-single-template.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/keager5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gallery-plugin/gallery-plugin.php on line 311

    I tried calling the web service that I signed up with and of course, their support line is totally worthless, despite the fact that they are there 24/7 GRRRR- all they could do was refer me to you. Any thoughts, ideas, SOLUTIONS out there? Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Please follow the instructions:

    1) After plugin activation 2 files will be copied to the template – ‘gallery-single-template.php’ and ‘gallery-template.php’. If for some reason it’s failed, you will get a ‘failed to open stream’ error (like you have at the moment). To fix this error, please copy ‘gallery-single-template.php’ and ‘gallery-template.php’ files from the ‘wp-content\plugins\gallery-plugin\template’ folder to the ‘wp-content\themes\your_theme’ template folder.

    After I upload images into gallery there are no image previews. I can’t see the images in the gallery in the backend or frontend.

    Hello,

    It is possible that this error appears because there is not enought permissions for uploads directory in the WordPress. You can upload files via standard WordPress uploader to check that.

    It is possible that you have issues with plugin folder permissions.
    If you are not allowed to view images before submitting ‘Update’ button or you are viewing ‘undefined x undefined’, then the reason is in permissions for plugin upload folder.
