[Plugin: Gallery Carousel Without JetPack] Carousel without Jetpack NOT WORKING

Here’s what I did
1. Installed and activated jQuery Lightbox For Native Galleries
2. Installed and activated Gallery Carousel Without JetPackI have “Image Gallery Carousel” in my Media Settings, but can’t see the “Enable Carousel” checkbox. The other two (Background Color and Metadata) are there however.
When I click on an image from a gallery in a post, all I see is lightbox style images, instead of Carousel.
What am I doing wrong?
