[Plugin: G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager] Submit button too small

The opt-in form works and looks fine in the sidebar. When I insert the form into a page, however, the input fields as well as the submit button are too small. Changing the width in the .css file has an effect on the form when it’s displayed in the sidebar, but not when the form is displayed on a page. Can anyone help me with that?
