[Plugin: G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager] Customizing Call to Subscribe

How do you change the call to subscribe in the opt-in box above the form fields? I want to include the name of my newsletter, etc. I tried to find that text in the code so I could edit it but I couldn’t see it. Thanks
