• This plugin is what I needed, in that it’s a horizontal login for my header. However, I have two issues. It doesn’t hold its CSS styling and doesn’t appear in IE8 or IE9. It DOES show in the View Source.

IE compatibility is important. It does appear in the header in IE7, albeit not horizontally. I see neither the login boxes and labels in IE8 and IE9 nor the logged in user-specific text. It DOES show in the View Source.

I also have had to restyle it 3 times now. It wasn’t quite as I needed ‘out of the box’ so I adjusted it. It doesn’t hold its horizontal style. I haven’t changed anything in the header so I don’t know what causes this. I am not going to restyle it again. I am currently looking for another plugin and am considering not using one in the header at all, if this is how all ‘horizontal’ plugins act.

Are there any known conflicts with your plugin that can cause this? As it is a client site, I cannot currently allow any outside access to it.

Another question: why is there no plugin-specific CSS for this? This is the only plugin I am currently using that does not employ its own CSS. I did all the styling through the php page, but it’s not holding for some reason. Have you somehow blocked modifications to it?

    Thank you.
