    I am contemplating installing this plugin but before I do can the developer or people using this plugin confirm for me whether:

    this plugin allow you to reply to visitor messages from your mobile?
    the messages come through in real time or do I need to refresh the page to see if there are any new messages?
    the plugin can produce a popup message from Window’s task bar to notify me in real time that a message has just come through as the PC we use doesn’t play sound so if I am using other software and the website is minimised this feature would be really useful?
    you can go about changing the status to show whether you are online or offline?
    I can have several conversations simulataneously?

    Hi – I’m Dallas, the developer.

    Yes, it works on mobile.
    Yes, the messages are real time.
    Yes, you can change your status to offline at any time or do it based on a schedule.
    Yes, you can have simultaneous conversations.

    Lively only uses a sound to notify you, but does email you when a new visitor starts a chat. There is also an SMS addon that will let you have conversations through your phone. I will look into adding popup messages in a later version.

    Version 2.0 is going to have complimenting Windows, Android, and iOS apps for even easier on-the-go responses.
