[Plugin: Frontpage-Slideshow] Images not showing

yes using 2.9.2, fresh install and images not showing.
I found the cause is with the ‘Posts’ section whereby the Frontpage-Slideshow options dont save. I choose an image from Media and fill in all fields and when i ‘Update’ the post, nothing is saved.

ive checked postmeta table and seems that the changes or settings for the frontpage-slideshow settings dont work in 2.9.2

To all : Thank you to report but, please, dont report already reported bugs… and dont forget to tell your WP version, if you disabled all plugins but this one (and still getting troubles) and your plugin ID in order to allow me to check your website by myself… If you dont do that all, your bug report is useless.

I gave you my plug in ID. Can you please help me? I posted the problem originally and would like help solving it. i don’t know anything about already reported bugs, and didn’t find anything in the forums before I posted here, so your answer is not helping me to know what to do.
I took the plug in off my front site as my site is live and it didn’t look good. If you need me to put it back up to fix it please tell me. I don’t want it up not working for long periods of time.

I’m having the same problem, slideshow options aren’t saving when I save my changes to a post. My site ID is 4658

@makepeace : I had a look on you site but dont see anything wrong (like javascript errors or other things). If you want to know about other bugs or already issues or advices : simply do a search on this forum…

@makepeace @ericc @all : downgrade to version 0.8 or less and let me some times to fix that hard-to-kill bug.

I just installed frontpage-slideshow today and it took me a little while to make it work. To all of you who see only a black box with the loading sign, go in the settings of the plugin and go to “About Default Link”. There, you want to have “If no link specified: use the slide URL” selected. Also make sure to choose anything but the “Fade” transition. Those things seem to be the cause of the “black box” problem. The plugin’s custom fields in the write/edit post don’t seem to work however.

There are other posts saying you should install a previous version, set your links and upgrade, but that didnt work.. and the slideshow is a key part of my current website!
