• I there, I saw this topic has been discussed already in the forum, yet i haven’t manage to make it works on my blog. i run an arthemia theme blog on wp 3.0.1. and try to insert the slideshow both on the homepage and pages on the sidebar but when insert it the images appear one after the other in a funny way and definetly not as a slideshow. I also try to deactivad other plugins but still it doesn’t work.
    my id is 10777 and the code i apply [FrontpageSlideshow fs_slides=5 fs_show_buttons=0 fs_main_width=300px fs_template=default] .
funny thing that on the admin preview page it seems to work perfectly.
    could you please help?
    my blog is https://www.weloveveneto.com
    cheers

thanks, it was actually a facebook comment plugin that mess it up.
strange though i tried to remove it also from my other blog https://www.blogdiviaggi.com the very same plugin but the slideshow won’t show. guess i would have to deactivate all widgets one by one to see which one is going in conflict.

Its all about javascript problems but sice the Fb widget is buggy (its not the plugin, but the facebook snippet that is inserted by the facebook api that is buggy) the other javascript was not loading or runing properly, so it was not easy to find what was going wrong…

To troubleshoot, I always advise to deactivate all plugins but the frontpage-slideshow, se if it works, then re-activate all other plugins one by one to find wich ones are messing.
If, when all plugins are disabled, the slideshow is still not working, its caused by the theme javascript part.

    Good luck
