[Plugin: Frontpage category filter] Hits db excessively

When there are many categories, performance decreases heavily due to excessive hits to the db. The init method iterates all categories to see if they are allowed. With only 24 posts in 30 categories, queries went from <100 on the front page to 17000+. Toggling the plugin verifies this observation.
