[Plugin: Front End Upload] "Patched and secured"

  • My site was recently hacked via Front End Upload, consequently the host has removed the plugin and advised “If you decide to use the “front-end-upload” plugin again, please make sure that you are using a patched and secured version of the plugin.”

    I can see that you have since updated the plugin, so I’m wondering if this latest version is indeed “patched and secured”. Please advise.

  • Dear Christoper, I was notified by the Front End Upload, that someone has upload file safe0ver.php.doc, and after that time, all files in upload directory has been deleted.

    Is there something wrong with my installations? Should I change permission or anything to make this program more secure?

    All this times we were satisfied with this Fornt End Upload plugin. Please advise.
