[Plugin: Front-end Editor] no buttons enabled after upgrade

Hi —

When I upgraded from WordPress 2.9 to 3.0.1, and then FEE 1.8 to 1.9, my plugin settings didn’t have any editor buttons enabled, so my Nicedit panel disappeared, and I spent some time trying to debug a problem with Nicedit before realizing what was actually happening. I don’t know if it’s happening to anyone else, but could you add something to the FAQ, or else fix the upgrade process? Also note that there’s a php warning on the plugin settings page if no editor buttons are enabled.
