[Plugin: Friends Only] Blank screen after Installation

After i’ve installed this plugin, I get a blank screen on my frontend. If I logout from the backend then, I also get a blank screen for the backend. I had to delete it manually to get my wordpress running again. What to do to get this plugin work properly?
