    Sounds like you haven’t setup the variables correctly. Either that or your theme doesn’t work well with the plugin or another plugin is not compatible with it.

    Can you list the plugins and theme you are using?

    Also, what is your WordPress memory set to? I normally have a minimum of 64MB.
