[Plugin: Fotobook] Individual bloggers/users cannot import facebook photos

Individual bloggers/users cannot import facebook photos – only the super admin can in his own blog.
Individual users seem to import only the album names – they also cannot update/save the settings on the settings page as on clicking ‘update’ the page redirects to the admin’s page.
