[Plugin: Forums] Site users unable to download the attachments to the forum

Please visit these URLs. The attachments to these threads do not open – not online or even after download. Please watch the extensions are changed when tried to open. Note that the permissions are set appropriately to allow the download of attached files with the forum. An early solution will be highly appreciated.
