[Plugin: FormCraft] ID field not displaying in Email notification

Hi

Even though this page says it can be done

I cannot get a submitted forms unique ID to display in the Email Notification.

I have tried all the following but none display the actual ID in the email

[Entry ID]
[ID]
[Form ID]
