[Plugin: FormBuilder] Secure Form

Is it possible to setup a form so that it is secured as an https;// page? I have a client who wants to accept credit card info, but process it manually so she can review applications before processing payment. Or alternatively, can there be some paypal button on the form to submit payment information along with the application? I think there is a way to prevent paypal payments from going through without review.

Or do you have another idea?
