[Plugin: FormBuilder] How to add the form?

    Hello !

    I have installed the plugin and created the two forms. I don’t know how to publish or add them .I didn’t find any short codes to add. I have searched for FAQ or ‘ how to ‘ section . But there is no FAQ section on plugin page. Could anybody help me with that?

    I have went torugh the plugin author’s website too. The tutorials there explained about dealing with options but I have not find any guide which tells the procedure to add forms to pages . COuld any body help me?

  • When you create a new post or page there will be a box just below the content area where you insert text that says FormBuilder, use the dropdown box to select a form. BTW make sure the plug-in has been activated.

    The dropdown box has disappeared. Should I uninstall then reinstall?
