[Plugin: Form Maker] Version 1.1. broke the whole short code system of WP on my site yesterday, OMG!

    As mentioned in title.
    I haven’t tried version 1.2 yet but I’m so freaked out that I don’t dare to try this plugin again yet.

    There was no way for me to troubleshoot the issue happening all shortcodes on my site until I coincidentally found out your plugin was causing the problem.

    Please advise if the bug has been fixed and elaborate more details of what went wrong if you could.
