Plugin: Form Maker Pro doesn't appears

    Today my Form appeared like this:

    [Form id=”10″] instead of the form I used to have.

    I have the latest version of Form maker Versión 2.6.4, my wordpress it is also updated, can anyone tell me what’s wrong?
