Plugin for Urdu and Pashto

Hi,

I am the owner of a site where some of our contributors need to post articles in Urdu and Pashto. The problem is that the formatting is wrong once I copy and paste from Word. I did install your plugin but I see no difference once I create the post. Maybe I am not understanding how this plugin works. As I read it I am under the impression that the plugin displays the post correctly. Is there any way you can give me some guidance? My site is fairly new but gaining a lot of traction in Pakistan and Afghanistan. I have 3 contributors that send in articles in the regional languages so I need to make sure they display correctly.
