Plugin For Tracking Courier domestically

Hello, please, I am looking for a plugin that enable deliveries to be tracked for a courier company. From my findings, I noticed that most of these tracking plugins are restricted to some countries and continent. United States, Europe and Asia., etc. It would be most helpful if there could be a recommendation of one that actually works on the continent of Africa and its countries such as Ghana, Nigeria and Liberia and their cities. It could either be premium or freemium plugin. So long as it does the job efficiently. If there is none of such, a bit coding that could aid in this regard would be most helpful.
