Plugin for Slideshows?

I need opinions and a simple plugin that will let me upload pictures or set a specific directory to begin a slideshow at a resolution of my choice (most likely 450×350 or so). I’ve tried NexGen gallery and didn’t have much luck with it. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
