Plugin for Shipping based on country? Basic

  • I know there are good plugins out there – but none have the option to preset a shipping for home country shipping and outside the home country shipping (that’s all I want) – so I can say the customer is charged exactly 5 GBP for UK shipping, and anyone ordering from outside the UK will be charged 10 GBP instead.

    Any plugins or ways I can do this?

    I use paypal – and know paypal US has this profile shipping method you can set in paypal – but this is not available in Paypal UK.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I believe Woocommerce has that ability with some of their add-ons. A site I built awhile ago on Woocommerce ships all over the world.

    Many sites ship all over the world with that plugin – but they use US paypal, or other commerce system.

    Right now, for non US paypal, like UK paypal (which does not have shipping rates to be set in as much detail as the US paypal) does not have a flat rate option, nor are any plugins developed so far it seems.

    Ive downloaded woocommerce but they don’t.

    In your Admin menu, look under Woocommerce > Add-ons. There a number of shipping and payment add-ons.
