Plugin for selectable drop down menu

  • Hi I was wondering if anyone knows of a plug-in that would allow me to make a bunch of drop down menus that when selected in a specific order something would pop up.

    For example I want to have a drop down menu for:

    Choose your brand
    Choose your model number
    Choose your year

    and then a pdf link would pop up.

    I’m not sure how what to properly call what I am asking for so its been difficult to search for.
