Plugin for searching site with form

Hi guys, I was hoping someone could tell me what plugin to use.
Basically I need a plugin that will have:
Model- (drop down menu with different models)
Brand – (drop down menu with different brands)
Year – (drop down menu with selection of years)
and the result of the selected inputs will send them to the relevant page.

Which plugin should I use to do this?
