Plugin for Search Results

I wanted to know if there is a plug-in that will allow you to set certain search results when certain keywords are searched.

I know that was a mouth full so let me give an example.
If I have a reader for my blog searching for a product that’s in my shop, but my shop and blog are two separate domains; I would like to be able to adjust the search results when they search “shop” or “shirt” or “hat” to show something that would direct them to the shop.

They search and the results show up as maybe a picture or link to the shop.

I had a potential customer search for one of my t-shirts on my blog but of course, nothing appeared because my blog and shop are separate domains. I just don’t want that opportunity to pass again.

I hope this makes sense, but if it doesn’t I will explain another way.
