Plugin for scroll-bar with subtitle anchors?

Heya!

As the title suggests, I’m looking for a scrollbar plugin where it can show the titles/subtitles within the post currently being displayed.

Here’s an example of this type of scrollbar, as you’d usually see it on mobile:

But instead of letters, it would be subtitles from the post, just so that the user can see how far he’s read and what’s left.

I couldn’t find it after research, maybe because I don’t know how to properly describe such an element.

Any ideas?
