PLugin for registering Customers

Hello,

I need a Plugin for my website. I have made a different menu when people are logged in. Now, if you are logged in you need to be able to register customers. So you need a simple form on one page. But then i want the data to be saved on another page. So our customers can register all their customers on our site.

And we will be able to see all customers.

Is there a plugin who is able to do that? Or maybe other ideas?
