plugin for raffle functionality

    I am looking for a plugin that would allow a blog to have a raffle where people enter their names and contact info, and my team and I choose 5 random names out of the entry pool in order to select people for custom jobs. I’ve seen various plugins like Social Contest and an old plugin that is no longer supported (aptly called “Raffle”), but really all we need is for people to submit their contact info. We can manually do the random sort, so I was wondering if anyone could point out an effective tool or plugin that accomplishes the task of allowing people to submit names and contact info. If Social Contest can become customized for this purpose, then that is fine too.
