Plugin for quiz results on a badge

I own a blog and I want to create a character quiz… Ie, after a person fills out ten questions (there is no correct answer), it tells them their type of personality. After they receive the results, they can receive a badge with the results to put on their blog or facebook, etc.

I own an entertainment blog. So this would be the example.
I create the quiz.
A person goes to it.
A question might be, “how often do you sleep” with the answer, “a .1 -2 hours. B. 2-4 hours. C. 5-6 hours. D. 18 hours” See, there is no correct after…
After filling out the survey, it shows the results.
You are “kramer”
Then it says “would you like to put a badge on your blog, facebook, myspace, etc…” and the badge says, “i was kramer according to -“
when A person clikcs on it, it brings them to my site…

Does anyone know of a plugin for this?
Or, any badge plugins?
