plugin for private user area

hi,

we are looking for a wp plugin for a lead gen site we are making for a client.

We need the plugin to allow us to give approved people a user name and password and when they log in have information waiting for them in there account,we need to be able to put the information in the account ourselves, just basic stuff names, emails, phone and notes ect..

if possible we would also like it to be able to send the user an email telling them new info is waiting for them in there account

does any one know of any plugins that would work well for this ? all ive found so far are user area blog plugins (the sort of thing where you have to be a member to read the posts).
