Plugin for printing CART (pre-order) before make order

I need to know if there is a plugin or some way to make customers can print their orders before they really placing them.
This is for authorizations reasons, this gonna be the flow of placing an order.
1. Employee add products to a cart.
2. Employee print those products from cart. (don’t know if the right way to named as quotation or pre-order)
3. Employee shows pre-order to his boss.
4. Boss approves pre-order.
5. Employee login again and places the order.Is any solution out there?
