Plugin for predicting results of a competition?

  • So I’ve tried looking around at what I could find in terms of plugins, but I’m not really finding what I’m looking for – but I’m also not honestly sure what I should be searching for ?? – terminology-wise, that is.

    Here’s my basic use case – say you have a simple competition. A foot race for example. I am hoping to find some kind of plugin that would allow users to:

    1. Specify what competitor they think is going to finish in first place.
    2. …and so on through, say, 5th place.
    3. Assign some number of points to each user for their correct predictions
    4. Keep track of and total these points over the course of several competitions, so that at the end you have a “series” points total.

    Does such a thing exist? Any ideas?

  • I think you need to create it Step by step

    1. You need to create Members. Who can predict.
    2. List of competitor.
    3. adding point for wins. (Members/Users) Etc.

    I think custom coding can be a good solution for this.

    yeah logically I know what I’d need to do to create it myself…was just hoping I wouldn’t have to do that ??
