Plugin For Organizing Affiliate Websites?

I have been looking for a specific plugin and have had no luck (I don’t know if it even exists), so I thought I would ask.

I have several affiliate websites for my blog (www.crazyforsavings.com) and I was looking for a plugin that would help me organize and keep track of them. Also if I could give them names, so when a reader scrolls over the link at the bottom of the screen it doesn’t show the long code of the website, instead a simple code I have named it (example, instead of seeing https://www.coupons.com/couponweb/index.aspx?pid=13903&zid=xh20&nid=10&cid=0&bid=1174400001, they just see something like crazyforsavings.com/coupons)
