Plugin for Multiple Password Protect

I’m looking for a plugin that can read passwords from a csv file or database (Prefer database), that is updated daily. This would need to be able to manage thousands of passwords which would password protect the entire site.

Please let me know if there is some plugin out there that I have not found yet or if someone would be willing to assist. Would consider payment for plugin development and support.
