Plugin for interactive map using my own jpg map?

Hi! I’m on twenty twelve and wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that allows one to use their own jpg or whatever image file as the map and create a clickable text with icon to new page. Everything I see is for google maps which I do not want. Maybe I am posting in the wrong category but hopefully someone has experience. Am checking out some things online and waiting to hear back from them. Thank you very much for any suggestions!
