Plugin for image competition

Hello Folks,
I will be hosting an Image competition on my blog and I was wondering if anyone knows any plugin that can help solve the following problems and has these features.

The entries (which are images) will be on a page in form of thumbnails and when an entry is clicked, It either pops up a new screen or reroutes to another window.
On this new window, the option of voting for an entry will be there and only one vote can be made with the option of sharing to social networks
