    I’m experiencing a similar issue, plug-in is installed, everything appears to be configured correctly (using Facebook Group ID); plugin reports that it has ‘Retrieved and updated Facebook data.’ yet nothing renders on the test page I’ve setup using the short-code.

    Do you have any restrictions configured (age verification, location restrictions)?
    Is the page accessible without facebook login?
